How do I place an order?

you're printing, the quantity, the deadline, and we'll come back with options and pricing.
What artwork file formats do you accept?
We prefer PDF, AI, EPS, or PSD
files for the cleanest results. High-resolution PNG and JPEG (300 dpi or higher) work for most
jobs. Convert text to outlines if you can; otherwise share the fonts. Send files by email or
WhatsApp once you've placed your order.
What if I don't have artwork yet?
Our in-house design studio has you covered. Bring an idea — even a rough sketch or a Pinterest
board — and our designers will turn it into print-ready artwork. Every design goes through
a 10-point checklist before it's sent to the press.
How long does printing take?
DTF jobs are usually completed within minutes. Large format banners and
posters typically take 1–3 hours depending on size and queue. Sublimation production runs
depend on volume — our equipment runs at 300 metres per hour. We'll always quote a realistic
deadline at the time of order.
Do you handle rush orders?
Yes. WhatsApp us with your timeline and we'll do everything we can to meet it. Many of our
production lines can run outside standard business hours when there's a tight deadline.
How does delivery work?
We partner with Bolt and Yango for same-day delivery
across Accra. Out-of-town shipping is arranged on request. Pickup from our premises is
always free.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods — mobile money, bank transfer, and cash on collection.
Payment confirmation details are shared once your quote is approved.
Can I print as little as a single t-shirt or banner?
Absolutely. There's no minimum order quantity. DTF and UV are perfectly suited to one-off
custom pieces. Sublimation fabric printing accepts samples from as little as 5 yards.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We don't consider a job finished until you're proud to put your brand on it. If something's
wrong with our workmanship, we'll reprint it. Misprints from artwork errors are quoted on a
case-by-case basis — talk to us, we're reasonable.
Do you print on materials I bring myself?
We can — for DTF and UV in particular. Bring the substrate to our premises so our team can
verify it'll handle the process before we commit to a quote.
Do you ship outside Ghana?
We focus primarily on the Ghanaian market. International shipping is possible on request for
bulk orders — please contact us directly for arrangements.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm. Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm. Closed Sundays. WhatsApp
messages outside hours are answered first thing the next business day.
